Seeking Forgiveness of Sin

Christ Died for our Sins to Forgive us

Sin is an evil that we regret frequently. But, Christ died for us to forgive our sins and to redeem us from the penalties of sin.

• We were alienated and enemies in our mind by wicked works, but now He has reconciled us by Christ’s physical body through death, to present you holy in His sight without blemish and free from accusation (Col 1-21).
• He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed (Is 53).

Christ died for our sins. Jesus forgave our sins when He died on the cross many centuries ago. The sins we commit today is forgiven.

Prayer for Forgiveness of Sin,

Lord, You shed blood on the cross for me. You died for my sins so that even today, I can seek forgiveness for my sins. Remember, the drop of sin that You shed for me, forgive me, give me the strength to overcome all sinful desires so that I stay pure and holy in Thy sight, Amen.
